(30 Hour Per Week) – Wages start at $19.00) This job is not a managerial position.
Traits and Expectations
This person will need to be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. We are looking for a person that is self-directed and self-motivated with extreme attention for details and a strong work ethic. We also look for a person that is reliable and contribute filling in if other fellow workers when they are sick or need vacation/ day-off coverage. We expect someone that is clean and well-kept in their daily appearance. Our expectations are that you represent the family ownership in a manner that is professional and non-biased.

Job Duties Include

• Be inclusive to all people and races including the LGBTQ
• Make functional checks of necessary devices, equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Knowledge of plumbing maintenance.
• General carpentry skills.
• Work well with all our bar staff.
• Minor repairs on fixtures within bars i.e., sinks, toilets, outlets, lights, and bulbs.
• Do recycling of waste and maintaining a clean waste area.
• We do not want our bars invading surrounding properties.
• We do not allow soliciting or congregating of homeless or others by our establishment.
• Maintenance and upkeep of interior and exterior of business.
• Maintaining the appearance and functionality of walls, floors, doors, and panels, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents.
• Take care of our nearby rental property (Cut grass and weed control, edging …..)
• You keep track of our key’s and be able to change lock and door handles and rekey with Kwikset Smart Key system.
• Put away and maintain bar supplies and products we sell.
• Organize all tools and keep in working order.
• Keep decorating supplies organized and well kept.
• Being super well organized is a must.
• Be on time for all shifts. Very Important.
• Communicate well with staff and managers.
• Additional job duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
